Students take on roles of business owners, entrepreneurs, employees,
public officials and consumers, in a wide variety of stores and businesses.
Students
create job resumes and have job interviews for the many city positions.

produce, price and market real products and services. Students
put together a business plan, calculate payroll expenses, plan advertising,
take on accounting services, make material purchases, and pay rent,
taxes and utilities.
